Amd A10-7760k overheating issue

My Amd A10-7760k is overheating on idle it goes to 60 degrees celsius, and on load it spikes to over 90 degrees celsius. I thought this was due to the CPU fan, so I upgraded it with a zalman cnsp 8900. The temperature still remains the same; help.

What program are you using?

Try AMD OverDrive.

Are you overclocking? Have you messed with voltage settings in BIOS?

Reapplied the thermal paste, still get roughly the same cooling. I tried overdrive, when its under full load it says 15 degrees now. Dont know why.

AMDOverDrive gives ****Thermal Margin***** rather than temps. It is pretty much a count down til over heat. So 0c in OverDrive is the overheating point. The 15c you see is the 15c until it overheats.
