AMD A10 for video editing

I'm going to be building my PC, and I want to spend less money on my CPU now and upgrade the motherboard and processor when Zen comes out next year. I plan on using DaVinci Resolve 12 for my video editing and some Gimp photo editing. Do you think this will work fine?

Why buy an apu & a r7 250??

Either dump the apu & buy an 880k or stick with the apu & dump the 250.
You save $50 with either option.

In retrospect at that price the whole build makes little sense really.
You should just go with an i5 6500 build.

It's because DaVinci Resolve requires 2GB dedicated memory for the graphics card.

When it comes to color correction then grading thats when youll notice how painfully slow it is, if itll even run.

You can do an i5 build with a 240gb ssd & a RX 460 for LESS money.
You're spending too much on the case & disregarding other components.

You're also spending too much non that monitor IMO.
A 25 inch uws like that lg only has the footprint vertical size of a 21 inch 16:9 monitor

You would be better with a 27 inch 16:9 IPS
