I want to build cheap pc for my little brother. I want to get amd a6 7400k 3.9 ghz with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics and 8 gb of ram. Will he be able to play games like cs go, minecraft , terraria, dirty bomb, tf2?

Solution
Almost forgot to mention, you might want to look into the Pentium G4560. It offer's ~90% of the performance of the i3 7100 for less than 60% of the cost. Intel i3's are kinda poor value right now, for the most part you're better off either getting a Pentium for a lot less money, or saving up and getting an i5.

The G4560 works with the same motherboards/RAM as the i3-7100.

Do you know which specific i5 model you had in your old PC? Unless it's a pretty old model, you're probably not going too see much if any performance improvement with the i3-7100 (might even perform worse in some cases).
G4560 is the current budget king. You can find where to buy it on PCpartpicker. Ideally, you'd have a G4560, an inexpensive B250 motherboard with 4 RAM slots, and a pair of 4GB DDR4 2400 sticks. Use your existing power supply and video card, and put it in a cheap case. Use the included cooler for the CPU.

Agree with @Ecky
Although if you get an H110 mobo (only two RAM slots), I think you may be better off getting a single 8GB stick of RAM, allowing you to add another stick down the road. Ideally RAM should be purchased together as a kit to ensure compatibility, but if you're on a tight budget this isn't always an option.

Having two sticks allows them to run in dual channel mode, increasing bandwidth and therefore performance in theory. I don't know how much effect real-world effect it has on gaming though, I don't think it makes a huge difference.

There are some B250 boards that only have two slots, but most should have 4. All H110 boards only have 2 slots though.

And I want to ask one more thing. The case I am going to buy has 2 fans that are included and additional 6 fan slots. Should I get 6 cheap fans to occupy empty slots ? Or is it not important ?
