Unfortunately, it will bottleneck your GPU. You will have to upgrade your CPU. I'm sure you can get another AMD mobo + CPU for not much. Look for something like the FX 6300 and an AM3+ mobo.

This is for my friend ^^ Will the cpu bottleneck the GPU a lot ? or just a little, and yes he wants to change his computer but for now he can only afford a GPU.

Yes, it will bottleneck it quite a bit. Anyhow, if he will upgrade anyway, then he can get it, it will probably run his games better either ways but not at it's full power. He will notice a bigger difference when he upgrades.
