Amd all in one with vga driver

I need help updating my mobo bios, im using ryzen 5 2600 with asrock b450m hdv and rx 470my pc restart itself randomly, so maybe updating the bios will fix the problem, but at the mobo website it confuse me

Its the the AMD All-in-one driver which contains things like the Chipset and VGA (for processors with built in VGA) drivers.

You can get your motherboard drivers HERE if you have not already installed them.
You just need the All-in-one, Realtek, & Lan drivers.

Get your RX 470 driver from AMD, not from the motherboard manufacturer as it's a bit outdated.

Yes install that first as it's a requirement for updating the BIOS per AMD's website.

Forgive my ignorance or lack of knowledge. I am thinking of buying an ASRock motherboard, how would I install the AMD all in one VGA driver? Is it able to install within the BIOS or will I need to boot to Windows and install it there?
