Hyperthreading and turbo boost have been the key to Intel's performance and low power draw. I think that AMD's halfway there because apparently their power boost is going to be even more effective than Intel's but until they have hyperthreading of their own, they'll always need more cores and higher voltages so Intel will always have the power/performance ratio advantage. Fortunately for AMD, they are much better at pricing their parts. That's why they're not dead yet.In everyone's opinion and scientific knowledge, what makes a Central Processing Unit better, faster, more efficient, and makes programs run faster at high settings and processing strings?
Maybe VIA should make one!I still think an atomic CPU will maul both Intel and AMD.
What are you going to call it? Wardog Semiconductor?First, one has to figure the hypothesys of the atomic CPU. If you do, may I ask that you could be a first engineer for warlord and I's semiconductor company?
