I haven't put together a new build since the 1080ti came out (thank goodness!). I am itching to if the GPU market settles a bit. I haven't built with team red since the athlon was throttling team green, but it seems team red is doing well in the cpu market again. Are there any issues with mixing a team red motherboard and CPU and a team green GPU?
A few builds ago I had a team green board and purchased team red 6950 toxics in sli, and couldn't get them to play nice and ended up returning them for 560ti's in sli.
Specifically I see a was looking at this pair, but I don't know when I'll be able to buy, so it's really more of an in general question.
