Should I use a amd apu for a duel monitor setup or should I use a discrete graphics card? Which one would be cheaper?

What is the purpose of your build? I can't see a scenario where an AMD APU would be used applications on higher resolutions other than word processing.

Stuff like 1080p youtube and lots of chrome tabs. And light gaming.
