AMD Athlon II X3 435, 2900 MHz + Gtx 750 Ti msi

Well basically, i dont have they money to update my rig, so i was thinking in just getting a new gpu.
I have now an Ati Hd 5670 512 DDR3.
I was looking to get the MSI GTX 750Ti 2G DDR5. Will my cpu bottleneck my gpu too much?
This is my Rig full specs:

CPU TripleCore AMD Athlon II X3 435, 2900 MHz (14.5 x 200)
Mother: Asus M2N68-AM Plus (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
Ram 3072 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)(DIMM1: Kingston 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 DIMM2: Corsair Value Select 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM)
GPU AMD Radeon HD 5670 (512 MB)

(Yeah..is kind of bad...) I am trying to play WoW and Swtor with better graphics and performance. I reapeat dont have the money to make a big change...just some better upgrades.
Any recomendations on how to improve my rig will be greatly appreciated.

I say save up your money, you will get minor improvement, your cpu is holding you down.
