Will this cpu bottleneck HD 7790 or GTX 650 ti boost, if I overclock it to 3.5ghz and unlock the 4-th core?

remember, athlon class lack of L3 cache, it's a fps penalty if you compare it with phenom II class with L3 cache..

But don't worry, most games right now is more GPU bound rather than processor bound..

So, your processor still have a chance as your gaming processor..

get the 650Ti boost..this card faster than 7790. Running at the 7850 level.
and also Nvdia cards usually less cpu dependent than amd cards.
