So my processor is amd athlon ii x4 880k and it has idle temperature on 60 celsius- 75 celsius according to CAM and HWmonitor and on load the minium heat is about 75 celsius and maxium maybe even 84 celsius. I know that it should not be that high. I'm using the stock cooler that came with the processor and i haven't overclocked the cpu and i tried changing the thermal paste 2 times but nothing changed. I'm also sure that the heatsink is correctly in place. My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-DS2 if that helps anything. I don't know if I should buy an better cooler or is there something else that i can do but I hope that you have answers and maybe solutions to this problem.

Solution
Cases w/o top vents tend to get warmer than those that have top vents. (Heat rises) The heat generated collects at the top of the case and has to be expelled by the lone rear exhaust fan. It can get a bit warm at the top of vent-less cases.
The AMD APUs (and their Athlon cousins) have always had an issue with accurate temp readings using conventional software. That is why AMD recommends you use AOD and go by thermal margin instead of core temps. As core temps increase, thermal margins decrease.

Using AOD, run the built-in stress test while watching thermal margins. As the cores heat up, the thermal margin will decrease. If it never gets below double digits, all is normal. If it gets into the single digits...

AOD says thermal margin is about 53 celsius at idle and i checked bios and it says that temperatures are about 51 celsius

Temps will always read higher in BIOS than at idle at the desktop. And remember, 53C thermal margin is roughly high 40Cs core temp. Not bad for idle temps, but lower would be better. What is the room temp where you are? What kind of case it the system in?
Has the temp always been that high?

I think my room temp is about 20-25 celsius and my case is bitfenix neos https://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/neos and I also have 2 case fans. I think the cpu temperature has been always the same but it might have been a little higher before i changed the thermal paste. and I wanna ask that is it possible that CAM and HWmonitor both have been inaccurate when showing cpu temperature? I also want to say that when i put my hand on top of the case right above the motherboard to be more exact, i can feel that the case is pretty warm there but its not hot. Do you know if that is normal?

If it gets into the single digits, it will probably begin to throttle in an attempt to lower temps. If thermal margins hit zero, I'd shut down the stress test and find out what is wrong.

Solution

I will try the test as soon as I am with my pc cause I'm away from home at the moment. I also have been thinking about buying an better cooler even if the stock cooler would be fine. I will probably go home tomorrow and i will inform what the stress test says and at this point I thank you for the help that you have given.
Tried the test and nothing went wrong thermal margin stays about in 30c and above. So I think that everything is okay and I played games and thermal margin is good so I'd say that the problem was the other monitor softwares wich didn't show correct temps so problem solved and thank you for the help
