So I currently have a MOBO og f1a55-m lk R2.0 and a CPU of AMD A4-3400

I am planning to buy a gpu first, I have chosen to buy the GTX 1050 Ti as the GPU and just temporarily buy an AMD athlon x4 651 (not with the K) that is compatible with my MOBO right now cause I don't have any more budget for a new mobo and processor right now?

I don't really know what bottleneck is, I define it generally as something that can't handle the process of the other.

So will AMD Athlon x4 651 bottleneck a GTX 1050 Ti?

BTW I previously tried my AMD A4-3400 with a GT 1030 and I get stuttering in Assassin's Creed 3, I don't know where is it from, GT 1030 is a pretty nice GPU I think it's with the CPU, but I don't have the GT 1030 now, sold it so that I can buy GTX 1050 Ti, still I'm planning to buy a temporary AMD Athlon x4 651 if my question is answered and if it will work.

You can game on the athlon

Its there running gta 5 between 40-50fps.

If ypu can get one cheap for $30-40 it is imo worth doing even as a temporary measure.

I would not pay any more than that though.

You akso need 8gb ram in that system for gaming.

Wouldn't it cause stuttering? cause as I said, before with an AMD A4-3400 with GT 1030, I experience continuous stutters when I face a direction in a game or there's a lot of people or objects (Assassin's Creed 3)

Would I experience it again with this build?

I think I would not bother.
A4-4300 has a passmark rating of 1599 and a single thread rating of 904.
In most games, the single thread rating is what is most important.
With the X4-651 what you are buying is two extra threads. It has a passmark rating of 3591 when all 4 threads are fully in use, but 1053 for a single thread. Not much of a boost.

But, the GTX1050ti is a great card which will be most useful for fast action games.

By comparison, a Intel G4560 with 4 threads has a rating of 4919 and a single thread rating of 1984.
You can buy a G4560/mobo/8gb of ddr4 ram for around $200.
And... the lga1151 motherboard can accommodate a future I3/I5/I7 processor upgrade.

Yup, that's actually my plan, but as I said, no budget for that right now, and alright I see, guess I'll just wait until I can afford it all.

BTW, g4560 is dual core right, IDK why everybody recommends it and they said it's a really nice CPU, why is it still nice with only 2 cores? while amd athlon x4 651 has 4 cores? What does a core really means.
