AMD Athlon X4 750K with MSI R9 380?

I was just about to pull the trigger on this new card, but I decided to do some research on bottlenecking first, which got me worried.

Will my CPU have any trouble running this card?

AMD Athlon X4 750K

MSI R9 380 Graphics Card

If so, any other recommendations on a $250 budget?

That CPU is a bit on the weak side, it will run, but there will be a slight bottle neck, there is not much to do though as a new motherboard and good CPU will be about 220, leaving nothing for the GPU.
