It's better if you have a look at the video because I have shown the led error in the video. Maybe you can tell what's causing the issue by looking at the led blinks.
What is that message on the screen? It looks like it's OSD (On Screen Display) from the monitor, not from BIOS or system. If it says Check video cable there are few possibilities, Cable itself or it's terminals, not good contact. Wrong port in GPU or in display if it has 2 or more, Should be able to choose in display's OSD controls. If for instance connection to GPU is HDMI and display set to DVI. it wouldn't detect HDMI cable. It's better if you have a look at the video because I have shown the led error in the video. I changed the vga cable with another one and it still says "Check video cable".What is that message on the screen? Did you check monitor's OSD ?I changed the vga cable with another one and it still says "Check video cable".
Also I have tried taking display output from the motherboard but it did nothing. Neither my gpu is giving display or my motherboard. I did some basic troubleshooting myself. Like removing all ram sticks and plug 1 ram in each slot until it works. It didn't work out. Also checked the 4 pin cpu connector which is plugged into the motherboard. Every connector seems fine, there are no burn out signs. This motherboard model is gigabyte h81m ds2v (rev 1.0)
I have an intel xeon e3 1271 v3 processor installed. Been using it for 6 months. I recently checked my cpu and gpu temps through a software called hwmonitor. Cpu temps were around 50-55
Gpu temps were 60-68
What else I can troubleshoot? I'm out of ideas.
