Amd athlon x4 860k getting to hot

I have a pc with a amd athlon x4 860k and it is running with an radeon hd5970 on an asrock fm2a88x pro motherboard. But if i do nothing the cpu is around 80 degrees celsius and if i play a game he is over the 100 degrees celsius. i have bought a cooler master hyper 212 evo and it helped nothing. Does someone know how to fix this problem ?

No just with HWMonitor

Uninstall HWMonitor and the problem will go away.

Use only AMD software, go and download overdrive from amd.
There you can monitor your thermal margin, higher the value of thermal margin is better.
When margin reach 0 or near 0 temp its shutdown your pc to prevent overheating.
