so i upgarded my cpu i used some paste not the original one bcuz that one dried out i turned on my pc and the fans are spinning like crazy i went to task manager and saw that there was a virus asking quete alot of the cpu attention the virus was using 98 procent of the cpu so i installed windows again and everything was fine till is was gaming ( csgo ) with not that intensife graphic ( i like to put every setting on low so i can have more fps ) im sure i did not used too many or too litle paste and i use the stock cooler when i enter bios it says 65 C and when i was gaming it was the same but the sound from that cooler is horrible please tell me waht to do
 
Solution
65 degrees sounds just about right on the stock cooler for the 860K. If there is no CPU hog and no virus, then it is normal.

Stock coolers are really loud under load and most tech savy people know that. If you are sure you applied thermal paste well and that it is high quality paste, then your only option is to buy an aftermarket cooler such as 212 EVO or any of the cheaper ones such as T2 or TX3 if you don't want to overclock.
