AMD&ATI build

I am building a new rig for a buddy this week and we have all the parts narrowed down- 2 Asus Ares 5970 cards,AMD PhenomX2 6-core 1090T proc etc..etc.. I will be overclocking the cpu and the gpus-both slightly.My issue is the motherboard the ones we have narrowed it down to all fit into the cooler Master HAF X case.the mobos are: #1 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128442 <><>#2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131644 #3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130274. I just want to get some feedback on pros and cons and which board will best suit the build.The rest of the build is -Ram-8gb Corsair,Corsair h50 cooler,Razer Barracuda AC-1 sound card,Cooler Master Haf X case,Plextor Px-B940SA-11 Blu-Ray burner,Silverstone 1,500w PSU,Corsair P-128 128gb Ssd,WD Caviar Green 1Tb Hard drive,Western Digital My Book 3.0 2tb External hard drive.
