Such a problem. Mother: Gigabyte B450 DS3H. RAID-1 is made on the basis of the capability offered by the motherboard.
Windows stopped loading. Goes to the blue screen.

The bios sees the contents of the array (if you select a file to update the bios), but outside of the BIOS, no OS (Windows, Ubuntu)
or utility sees any disk in the system.

Inside the RAID settings I see this:
a) one disk is DISABLED (why is it deactivated?)
b) another disk is REMOVED (OK, because I turned it off)

The disk can be activated, but by going to another menu and immediately returning, it will still DISABLED.

I insert another new disk and also can't add it to the array in any way.

Tell me where to dig?

If I delete the array, will the data be lost for sure?

It's a RAID 1, so your data would normally be mirrored by both drives. I would attach each drive to another computer and clone them. Then run data recovery software against the clone(s).

It would also be an idea to begin by retrieving the SMART info using tools such as CrystalDiskInfo or GSmartControl for Windows, or smartctl for Linux. If the drives are ill, then it would be advisable to clone them with HDDSuperClone or ddrescue.

Yesterday I got the idea to connect the SSD to another PC with AMD motherboard. Disk is fully intact and booting. So, it seems the motherboard is faulty, RAID controller broke for some reason...
