Question AMD branded RX 580 mining card? Can it be recovered for gaming ?

I was given a GPU which was used for mining, and has been flashed with a mining bios, but I can't find anything about this card online so am not sure what bios to flash it with.
I have an SPI flash programmer so i'm happy to flash this chip (which looks like the bios chip to me), can anyone identify this? or point me in the direction of a bios for it?

Hello.
In order to help you to make your card work as is should, we need some more info.
So, we need some pictures:
1st - of the serial number and SKU from the card
2nd - GPU-z - main screen
3rd - GPU-z > advanced tab and from drop down menu you will choose advanced timings

biggest issue we have here is that this is a chinese card judging by what i can see in picture of the card its a chinese either rx 570/rx 470

possibly a sapphire card like

I also noticed the fan speed seems stuck on low, and no matter what I do it won't ramp up. Maybe also bios related?

I will search the right BIOS file for your card.

Keep in mind that you have a chinese card (some unknown producer).
The picture that you provided with the back of the card with the serial number sticker proves that.
