Help me build a Gaming/Streaming Pc worth $650-750.00

So basically i want to surprise my friend for his birthday this coming July

so he said he wants some upgrade for his PC which he bought a 3 years ago

so hes looking on RYZEN right now which is really on budget so

Im assuming you will give RYZEN builds as well

It's not easy to help people who ask a lot of questions but don't really do much research.

PUBG is a bit demanding. try for some youtube bencmarks like the one i posted above for CS GO with GTX950
streaming wise, u got the right CPU. concentrate on ur GPU hunt
