There is nothing wrong with that set up as a mid level gaming system. Intel folks may be able to make up a system for the same money.
Need someone else to chime in on the motherboard as to quality etc, I am a big fan of Asus mobo's.

Your case seems kind of expensive, I went with a CoolerMaster 912 HAF, that I got for $55 plus tax. You might be able to upgrade your video card for the difference in money if you chose a less expensive case. But that is up to you, nice case.

The ram seems rather expensive for only 4 gb. Though that may be due to taxes and duties from where you live.
I got 8 gb for the same money.

If you post a total budget, and the country you are buying in, the system builder gurus here will be able to answer your question more accurately.

really depends on what you will do with the computer.

this will probably be ok for gaming with one monitor at 1080p with fairly high settings.

but do increase your ram to 8GB when you have money and maybe an 90-120 GB SSD.

I diched the case and every thing else how about this

I5 4570
Msi b85m-p33 micro atx lga1155
Patriot intel extreme master 2x4gb ddr3 1600
Seagate barracuda 1tb 3.5 7200
Msi geforce gtx 760 2gb
Fractal design core 1000 usb 3.0 micro atx mid tower
Crosair builder 500w 80 plus atx...

I live in romania bucharest stores i buy from are mediadot.ro and emag.ro we use lei same as ron
If some thing is 440 ron devide by 4.4 get 100 euro devide by 0.78 and you get dollars lol

Intel is definately a great build complete value of money
Just change the nzxt 210 with corsair 200r which has much better cooling efficiency and more fan options

I5 3570 would beat amd fx6300 like silverstellon beating a kid
Have a look

The gtx 760 is an awesome card to game on complete value of money
Its performance is the same as 7950 so 7850 would have no chance of coming anywhere near to it

My reccomendation would be buying single 8gb memory stick instead of buyin 2 4gb cause it will leave u with an option of upgrading to 32gigs of memory

Hope it helped

Dont forget to close the post by selecting the best solution

No.
That's bad advice. A single stick will operate at HALF the speed of two sticks. And unless you edit video or some other demanding task then 8GB is enough. Besides you could still do 24GB by adding another 2x8GB kit if you really had to.

Other:
I totally agree with your new Haswell/GTX760 build. Nice for the budget.

You mentioned an MSI GTX760. If THIS is the same one, then it's got my vote. It was the quietest under load of the cards tested:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-3.html

the ASUS GTX760 is another great card as well:
http://www.overclockers.com/asus-gtx760-directcuii-oc-graphics-card-review

Of the THREE CARDS I recommend (MSI N760 TF, EVGA SC w/ACX cooler, Asus DCU2 OC), the only one in stock as of now at some places is the ASUS card.

MAN you guys are lucky so can you suggest me a card that actually costs around 200 bucks here in romania cheapest websites/stores are emag.ro and mediadot.ro

I recommend a 2GB video card (not 1GB). Conversion is 3.39 RON to USD. The best I could find below 800 RON was an HD7850 1GB or GTX650Ti.

The BEST I could find just above 800 RON (about $240 USD) is these two GTX660's.

I recommend the Gigabyte version. Here's a review (you can click through the games, I just linked the Conclusion):
