AMD build vs Intel build

These are my last 2 builds and one of them are going to be the victor. They both come at around same price, however I have no clue performance wise.

Can someone tell me which build is better performance wise and which one is the better buy?

I would go for the Intel, I'm not really sure if it would be the better performer now (it does have a much stronger IPC but 2 less cores), but that motherboard can take an i3, i5, or i7 leaving lots of room for future upgrades.
