AMD catalyst control center ERROR

HI!

yesterday i was playing some games when my computer closed it, and when i tried to start the game again a message popped up and said something about failed to creat D3D device. I looked it up and found something called AMD catalyst control center, that would uppdate the drivers for my graphic card. but when it was installed my screan when almost pure black. I tried to uninstall it control center but that just made it worse. Now i cant open any of my desktop icons without troubleshooting them and then forcing them to open. I would be grateful if someone here got some awnsers for me. Thanks in advance

uninstall catalyst .

Reinstall it from a freshly downloaded file direct from AMD.com
