amd catalyst not showing 1920x1080 in settings

i have a toshiba full hd tv and r9 390.in catalyst i can choose hdtv 1080p but under basic resolution settings it only goes up to 1680x1050.i have gpu scaling enabled.the wierd is that if i go to windows 10 resolution settings it shows that im using 1920x1080.is this normal?why catalyst not showing max resolution?

Just to check, are you using an HDMI cable? I assume you are.
