Question Pc dont see system after cmos battery bios reset

I had to reset my bios with cmos beacuse after cleaning my pc it didnt wanted to turn on it works now but pc dont see system in my hardrive and i picked right one what can i do

Can you elaborate on what you mean? it's working, but you can't see the drive?

I can see the drive I used to turn my system on but now it’s showing the message select proper boot device
