AMD Clean Uninstall Caused Mouse+Keyboard Failure

Well, after attempting to uninstall a faulty display driver from AMD, I've lost the ability to use my keyboard and mouse in anything besides the BIOS. I built my computer, so I have all the disks and everything still, I just dont see anyway to run them without the peripherals.

I've already tried going through safemode, turning on legacy, but nothing so far has seemed to work.

PLEASE, any suggestions?

so you lost the USB Controller driver... if you have the MB drivers just place that disk in the computer after startup and see if it is auto run.

I've tried running the MB disk, it required me to click with my mouse to continue, which i dont have access to.
