AMD CPU for SLI 970

So I want to run 2 gigabyte geforce 970's OC via SLI. And I have 1 AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE. So I assume this will bottleneck the bejebes out of me right?

If so, can someone mention what AMD CPU might not? Like will the AMD 8350 BE bottleneck me?

You will need to change motherboard and CPU. The AM2+ or AM3 platform is quite old.

The top spot on http://www.ozone3d.net/gpudb/scores-geeks3d-furmark.php is an AMD FX 8320 SLI 970. I didn't think I needed a new CPU but recent discoveries reveal the contrary. I just discovered this. The only real question left is, do I need to change my motherboard, the 990FXA UD3 Rev 4.0? I guess I'll figure that out after I up my AMD CPU to the 8350.

Your mobo is AM3+ so you won't have any issues with FX CPUs.
