PC SPECS
GPU: GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 650
RAM: 2X 8GB HYPERX Predator RGB HX432C16PB3AK2/16
MOBO: MSI X470 Gaming Plus
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB + 128 GB Kingston SSD
HDD: Seagate 1TB

So my MOBO ''broke'' and before I concluded that is was actually broken I did a lot of troubleshooting and I managed to bent around 6-10 Pins and like 4 of them are bent really badly. Now my PC turn on but there is no signal on my monitor. All the lights inside my pc turn on but nothing is shown on my monitors display. All the other parts inside my PC are fine, same goes for my monitor and I already tried clearing CMOS. Do you reckon it is the bent pins that are causing this issue? If so, I believe with bent pins warranty (RMA) is not going to work, correct?

Did the PC ever work?

Yes, bent pins can cause this and no, a warranty will not cover this unless they offered extra, specific accidental damage coverage and you bought that. Standard warranties only cover defects that were their fault.
