AMD Display Driver Will NOT Install

Had to uninstall drivers due to fix blue screening and now I cannot install the AMD drivers anymore for my newly built PC. I've went through and have manually uninstalled everything, as well as used to AMD uninstaller utility, and CC Cleaner. And when I go to reinstall the AMD Catalyst drivers it says AMD Display Driver "Failed". 3 Times I've tried reinstalling, and no luck. Does anyone know what I can do to install the AMD Display Driver. Its the only thing holding me back :/

You could go to Device Manager, then in display adapters update the driver manually and point it to the- C:\ extraction folder ATi-Display Driver folder (eg C:\ATi\**RELEASE DRIVER VERS**\DisplayDriver

Im having the same problem but when my drivers fail to install it says installer must be a member of the admin group and i am. and when i try to manually install it say access denied me be apart of the admin group.
