My read is that AMD is offering to give away $15M worth of equipment, either directly or through the COVID-19 HPC Consortium. I don't really get the point of having two avenues, but whatever.

Also, if AMD hosts any sort of cloud computing service, that'd be news to me. Nvidia does, however.
