Hello everyone, I really, REALLY need help here, I'm desperate.
first time on TomsHardware, looks like a good place with nice and helpful community.
I've got a VERY SERIOUS problem with my PC - newly bought, everything's brand new, I always get 'AMD Driver stopped responding and has recovered during gaming (Skyrim, BF4, etc).
I've literally replaced ALL the hardware twice now:
1. Gigabyte 280x has been replaced to Sapphire 280x Toxic.
2. Sandisk Pulse SSD - replaced to the same model.
3. Gigabyte Motherboard - B85M-D3H, replaced to the same model.
4. Crucial Ballistix 1600 DDR3, 16 GB - replaced to the same model.
5. Intel Haswell I5 4570 - replaced to the same model.
6. PSU - FSP Raider 650W replaced by CoolerMaster GX 750W.
7. AMD Drivers tested: 13.11, 13.12, 14.1 Beta.
Tried everything possible, reformatting my PC, reinstalling the drivers, with and without Driver Fusion, Windows 7x64 and 8x64 both cause the same crash, Tweaking the voltage, updating the Motherboard BIOS to 3 different versions. It's been 3 months, and I'm afraid now I won't have this solved.
I've been thinking maybe updating the 280 Toxic BIOS but there's only 1 version available. Can I flash the BIOS to a different model? Like Sapphire 280X VaporX?
