Around 2 months ago one of my friends that I built a computer for has been having a problem where his monitor randomly goes black and then he has to do a hard shutoff of his computer and then he has to reinstall drivers.
His specs:
RX XFX 470
ryzen 5 1600
16gb 3200mhz (8x2)
240gb ssd
1tb hdd
asrock a320m/ac
Everything was working fine apart from some wifi problems (because being the smart people we are forgot to attach the wifi antennas)
After doing additonal research we have found out that the problems are most likely all due to drivers and we don't know where to find the crash/error logs. Any help would be greatly appreaciated!
