AMD Driver not showing up whe I right click the desktop (win10)

So I am having this problem where my AMD Radeon settings are not showing up when I right click the desktop. I’ve checked their website and I’ve installed the latest driver updates but I can’t seem to get it working. I’ve uninstalled my old driver and installed a new one but it is not showing. I’ve also gone on device manager and tried to look for the solution there. It says “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported a problem” when I click on graphics cards. Does anyone know how to fix this?
