Monitors: 3x Acer - H6 Series 23" IPS

So awhile back, I tried updating my graphics drivers and upon doing so, it messed up my display entirely. Once my computer restarted after the driver update and after I unlocked my computer, my entire screen started glitching, screen tearing, and then eventually went black and then auto restarted my computer.

I updated from the version 16.11.5 to 16.12.2, but now am back to 16.11.5. I am now stuck on 16.11.5 without the ability to upgrade my graphics drivers whatsoever due to the glitch.

The only way I noticed that I could somewhat handle the new update is if I unplugged my 2 monitors and just had one monitor running, but even with that, upon starting and unlocking my computer, it glitched and freezed for a second and then went back to normal, and I was able to plug in the 2 monitors just fine with no mess ups, but as soon as I restarted the computer with all 3 monitors plugged in, it started glitching like I described and auto restarted.

I also noticed that upon opening steam, it causes minor screen glitching, but nothing that restarts my computer.

Here is an example of the screen glitching I am talking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RxvZHbgC94&ab_channel=StaticXNation

If you look at the beginning of the video, you can notice automatic screen glitching upon opening steam and more screen glitching when interacting with some of the steam options.

That screen glitching is exactly what happens when I update my graphics drivers except much more violently.

Has anyone experienced this before or know of something like this happening? If so, please help me because I really don't want to be stuck on an older update forever.

Update: Here's a video of what happens after updating, restarting, and unlocking my computer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-OY10whXWQ&feature=youtu.be&ab_channel=MaxEvans

That happens for a bit then my screen goes black and restarts the computer.

I can think of 2 things I would try.

1) Roll back the PC to a previous restore point. And if that didn't work.....
2) If you didn't remove any drivers before the upgrade-Download DDU, run the software, and then re-install either the 16.11.5 version or you can try the 16.12.2 version again.

1. Last restore point that was auto made by my computer was a few days ago, which is when I still had the issue.
2. I've already removed previous drivers and tried a reinstall of both 16.11.5 and 16.12.2. Didn't fix anything.
