AMD drivers for chipset and GPU.

Asus Prime x370 Pro + Rx 460 + Windows 10.
Problem:
CD/DVD drive is listed under "Drives" in Device Manager and not where it should be, under CD/DVD drives which wouldn't be problem in itself but when it's listed in Drives it doesn't read any disks, they all come out as o bytes.
Now the other weird thing, When I install Asus supplied driver "AM4Chipset900008_512031_20170307 from Asus June 2017" It works as intended but than GPU drivers are all screwed up. As soon as I install any other, proper GPU driver, same problem arises again !!
I did numerous cleaning of drivers (by DDU) and re-installation of drivers but no resolution.

start with the mb bios make sure it updated. the newest drivers are on amd web page.

Tnx. for answer but I already tried all drivers with results as I showed above. Problem is that chipset and GPU drivers have drivers for both and keep on overwriting each other. The check mark can't be removed to install only specific driver which is what causes those problems in first place.
And yes, BIOS is updated to last 0902 but it was same with all others since the beginning.
