Question AMD drivers will not install

I just installed windows wiped my SSD and installed Windows 10 on it. after I updated windows I went to download my viodoe drivers and it will not let me, it will fail and say connection error for auto detect during the driver install. I try manually downloading the driver and it says its not compatible with my PC when I go to open it. and when I try to download stylistic control center it says error too. I have downloaded and installed a ton of other apps so why will this not work?

Make sure to update Windows 10 fully first.
