AMD E350 vs Celeron 1037U vs Celeron J1800

Which one best suits for the following type of use:

1. Light Graphics type application running (WPF/HTML5/Flash)
2. Medium Processor intensive tasks like: Pulling Data from USB devices
3. Multimedia playback (720p/1080p type movies)

How about the AMD A4-5000? It will handle media and [accelerated] Flash better than the Celerons. The CPU portion is weaker on single-threaded tasks, but not too slow for your intended purposes.
Fwiw, I just ordered a Thinkpad X140E, which uses this APU. It has not arrived yet, so I have no test results yet, but it should do pretty well.

Do you know of any Motherboard + this CPU combination? I could only find this in Zotac ZBox Nan AQ10 which is > 350$

How about this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135364 ? I think the A4-5000 is mostly targeted to low-power laptops. The E2100 isn't quite as strong, but should still beat the low-power Celerons.
