Hello, I just built a new computer with a N7 b650e, asrock 9070xt, 9800x3d, klevv ram 64gb@7200, RM 850e PSU and an Idcooling 240mm AIO system. when i turn the computer on it all lights up inside and all the fans spin and stuff, but the computer doesn't ever display anything to my monitor. it wont even load the bios, I have tried to use both the gpu and mb hdmi/display port slots and have used another computer to test the monitor. I have tried to flash the bios to the newest version to work with the cpu, but the light blinks green like three or four times then stays solid green which the manual says means it failed to flash. I have formatted the usb disk into fat 32 and renamed the file as per the manual instructions but it does not work. any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!!!

Did you extract the bios file from it's zip folder and placed this file renamed as creative.rom to the root directory on the usb drive? Then plugged this usb drive to the usb port labeled as bios?

Just the 24pin atx power cable is required, shouldn't matter if cpu 8pin is connected to motherboard but disconnect it anyway, as per the instructions. Don't turn the PC on before using flashback, just have the psu power switch set to on.

What brand and how large is the usb drive in question, can you try another usb drive smaller than 32GB?

yup, i pulled it out and renamed it creative.rom on the flash drive, idk what root directory means, but i put it on the flash drive like you would any other file. and yup, i made sure it was in the bios usb slot on the board. and yeah, the psu was on but the system was off, i tried it with and without the CPU installed with the same lack of results. and yes it is a memorex 32gb drive that i am using, is that too big?

Root directory means the rom file is placed directly to the usb drive without any folders.

Cpu, i meant the 8 pin power cable from psu, if you mean actually the processor being installed or not. Manual doesn't say cpu should or shouldn't be installed, just mentions connecting the 24pin atx cable from psu, that's why i mentioned the cpu power cable.

Yeah, 32GB is the recommended maximum size from nzxt. Try a different usb drive, sometimes it's just the usb drive being stubborn/ not compatible. Try SanDisk brand if you can.

sounds good, ill run to target in the morning and

sounds good, that is what i was doing for the file on the usb drive so all good there, and yeah ill try to find another usb drive and if i can't (cause idk where any more are right now lol) ill run to target and get a san disk one and give it a try, ill let you know either way how it goes. as for the cpu power cable, i tried with it out really quick and no change sadly. also just trhanks for your help
