Question AMD Freesync not working on MSI Optix MAG342CQR

Hello!

I just bought a MSI Optix MAG342CQR and plugged it into my PC that is powered by a RX 580 and the Adaptive sync/motion blur options are greyed out in the monitor menu and the AMD freesync option can not be enabled in AMD software as it says it's not supported.

I have tried both HDMI and DP, no success. What can the problem be? I have an RX 5700 XT lying around but it doesnt fit my case for testing, I'm awaiting a new case. I just want to find out wether it's the monitor that is faulty or not.

Did you enable Freesync in the adrenaline control panel under global graphics?
