amd freesync or less response time

i have two option based on my budget i get monitor with 1 ms response 1080p 24 inch asus monitor or aoc monitor 24inch 4ms esponse but has amd freesync i have rx 480 graphics card please help me to choose
monitor in my budget are

BenQ RL2455HM
samsung Curved LC24F390FHWXXL

In reality you cannot tell the difference. Monitors below 5ms are just fine. I would go with FreeSync cause you will really see the difference. This will add a new feature of your card that will be otherwise wasted.
