AMD FX 4100; CPU usage ALWAYS at 100%?

Have an AMD FX 4100, cpu usage is always at 100% when multi-tasking (running game on one monitor and doing any other task on another monitor), and over 50% when running just a single game (such as league of legends/general steam games)

any solutions why this is happening; what can be causing this? is my CPU just dog shit?

It kinda is, actually, at least for gaming and multitasking. It is basically the cheapest in the FX series, and barely faster (if at all) than "old" Athlon II X4 series.

You should seriously consider FX6xxx as the bare minimum, or even FX8xxx for that matter.
