you are not playing anything newer at ultra


medium, if you are lucky high on some games maybe depending on the resolution of your monitor

dont expect great fps



It's time for a COMPLETE rebuild if you are looking at ultra gaming

@OP, if you can't spend about $350 for a Ryzen setup, you're going to be stuck with an AM3+ CPU that'll still run hot, perform mediocre and won't be great value.
I recommend saving at this stage, not worth it to invest in AM3+.
