AMD FX 6300 vs Intel Core i3 4150 in 2015

I'm really confused between fx 6300 & core i3. I'll pair it with r9 270x or gtx 960.
core i5 is out of my budget. Should i go for fx 8320? I'm not gonna upgrade it for the next 4-5 years, so please suggest. I'll use this pc for gaming, photoshop and programming.
Please suggest.

I can't speak for programming, but I would imagine that compiling code is a heavily multi-threaded task.

Depends, there are sometimes parameters available to let the compiler run in multiple instances. But without knowing what language the op codes in, that's only speculation. If it's Go, the processor would be of no matter anyway.

I do coding in java and web designing and gaming. and a little bit of photoshop and corel draw. I'm going to buy the rig this week. have increased the budget for the processor. Now core i5 4440 or amd 8320 is the coice for me with r9 270x.
So any final advices between this guys appreciated?

Get the i5 4590 instead of 4440, shouldn't cost much more than the 4440 and is a bit better. At least here it's the same price for the 4440 and 4590.
