Currently have stock cooling.. recently bought a gtx 980 ti waiting for it but I'm not sure.... I bought a evga 750watt psu bronze to rid of my 500 watt psu. Will getting a h80i gt make a difference? What would I need to be secure about everything, what cpu would you consider switching to? is switching from gtx 760 to 980 ti worth it in this case?

My main purpose was to reduce overall usage while streaming at 720p on twitch. I want to boost to 1080p while recording. I don't know what to do. Please offer some advice! thank you!

it won't necessarily be a bottleneck, but you won't see the performance you should for that card. make sure if you keep the fx you give it a nice, high overclock with that water cooling.

here's a bottle necking tutorial from this site:

the max card recommended there is a 980 for the 8000 series fx. again, i wouldnt use the term bottleneck with the ti, but its definitely not optimal.
