AMD FX 8320 and GTX Titian z

Would it be ok to use a GTX Titian z with a amd fx 8320? If it does bottleneck the GPU is it still worth getting?

It will not bottleneck. That CPU is capable enough to handle it. You can also Overclock it if you want for more headroom.
