The CPU AMD FX 8350 is compatible with Ga-970a-ds3p? Some people says that it it sompatible and some says that they are not, I also heard that the Ga-970a-ds3p needs an update to make them compatible, Can someone explain me?
Depends on your GPU. You only mentioned CPU and mobo, and so the concern you should have with those two are with stability since that is not a motherboard originally designed for FX CPUs. It can have power problems and other limitations.

Date 12/29/2014) 16GB CRUCIAL BALISTIX ELITE. GTX 970. PSU CX750M. X-NOVA CASE front 1x120mm intake fan + 3xdrive bay intake fans. side 2x 120mm intake fans.top 2x 120mm outtake fans. WINDOWS 10. only problem i had was with 16gb gskill so i switched to CRUCIAL BALISTIX ELITE. (better clock cycles).
