AMD FX 8350, GTX 750 TI, 8GB RAM, will i be able to play on 144htz monitor ?

Im trying to switch from 60htz monitor to 144htz monitor! My specs are gtx 750 ti, amd fx 8350, 8 gb ddr3 ram, gigabyte GA-78LMT. I get anywhere from 150-300fps ingame, i mostly play csgo.
