AMD FX-8350 max watt consumption

How much watt does the AMD-FX-8350 (Not overclocked) consume?

It depends. At idle with all the power saving enabled 20 - 30W (maybe less) -- Full load 125W (spec value). There are lots of google articles on 8350 wattage.

I´ve googled around a lot the last few days about the power consumption. Some articles say that the power comsumption is around 280 watt some say its 220watt.......
Why can´t AMD just give us costumers some numbers. :/

Because the CPU is dynamic. Power consumption fluctuates depending on need. Plenty of good reviews.

They do. 125W for the CPU. The 220 to 280W numbers are for a motherboard, CPU and RAM. Those other components contribute to the total power usage.
