Hi guys here is the system :
Asus m5a97 r2.0
AMD FX 8350 (Turbo mod) @4,2
AMD R9 390 OC @1092/1150
Ram 8 Gb Gskill @1866
PSU CM 750w +80 gold
HDD x 2 500 GB WD Blue
SSD x 1 120 GB OCZ
Pump some chines manufacturer, tested speed almost 580-600 L per Hour.
360''Radiator with thickness 20 mm.
Case CM Haf 912

So guys I mod my case, and make a water cooling loop in it, but after first installation a had not normal temp. for the CPU. I was thinking it was because of bad installation ''CPU water block'' and bad thermal past, so after a couple weak after installation the block and changing for good thermal I get almost the same results.

Without load : 34C - 38C (Pump full speed and %50 fans)
Full Load : 57-61C (Pump full speed and fans %50)

Since I have those numbers I cannot OC CPU because if try to go for 4,5-4,6 I get without load 45C-48C and now we only in October, thing those numbers at hot summer.

The numbers I get with water cooling I can achieve with air cooling also, so it's kinda strange.

As you may see the loop is only with CPU and 360 radiators cannot handle it because I test pump my self pump working like a monster.
The CPU water block is half copper half hardened aluminium. Cover is aluminium and CPU touched place is copper.

Case are open ,no side panel, so all fans run for OUT.

1. PSU
2. HDDx2
3. PUMP @ 4000rpm
4. 360 Radiator with 3 fan @ 600rpm
5. 2 Fan @ 1000rpm and 1 more @ 600rmp
6. Air exhaust holes for radiator to not trap the hot air.

So guys please make a solution, where is a problem?

Use AMD Overdrive to monitor thermal margin. It's a common problem that other software does not report the correct temperature of FX CPU's.

Also your motherboard is only just capable of running a 125w cpu at stock speeds. A 4+1 power phase is the most basic design. Overclocking headroom is tiny or even none at all, its even possible to hit issues at stock speeds with 125w CPU's.

Hi
Paste is normal .
Bios is updated.

About MB yeah I know its a not a great choice, but the problem its not that MB is overheating.
Example: when I OC the CPU for stable 4,8Ghz, After 10 +/-1 min. test
MB at 37c and Northbridge at 64c at stress test prime 95.
But a CPU can hit a 72-74c.
At those conditions i cannot OC .

At prime95 a power phase with temperature meter hit MAX 39c.
Maybe because there 3 fans and they suck air outside of the case and out. (because no side panel).

I'm thinking is a radiator or CPU water block I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

Hi
Nope 3-4 different program and I have temperature meter.
Please look about my answer to the #helpstar.
