Is it worth it ...i need a good all round CPU for gaming as well as video..i use my PC to watch movies from external hard drives as well as encoding to the drives

Did you mean FX 8350 or FX 9370? I am unaware of a 9350. In either case, FX 8320 is the highest chip I could recommend from AMD from a value perspective.
